$12,500 — Premium. Designed for homes priced over $1.5 million. Everything in Standard, plus enhanced print marketing, professionally printed flyers, postcard marketing, and a stronger marketing launch.
Whether your home sells for $400,000 or $5,000,000, your fee is set in advance — never a commission percentage. Not every property qualifies, and not every seller is a fit.
